Being a non-immigrant on a valid student visa (Dual citizen students)
Being on active duty in the military (Serving with a foreign country?)
Being a cadet or midshipman at a service academy
Being hospitalized, incarcerated, or institutionalized.
Being disabled and confined to a residence, hospital, or institution.
Being homebound on or before age 18 and unable to leave home without medical assistance until age 26.
Are dual citizens excluded?
According to the Washington Post, as of February, some 23,380 American citizens (dual citizens) are currently serving in the Israeli Army.
Well, since they are busy right now killing themselves for Israel . . . yes, they are excluded.
But if they survive, the United States wants to give them all the benefits that U.S. military men get even though they have no loyalty at all to the United States.
